At the conference on the final day, members from various sectors across the Asia-Pacific region will gather to discuss important issues such as policy formulation, infrastructure development, teacher training, and inclusivity. We will invite guest speakers from organizations such as the OECD, code.org, and Japan's Ministry of Education to give presentations. Additionally, participants from different countries will share the current state of computer education in their regions. Through this conference, we aim to explore a unique approach to computer education in the Asia-Pacific region.

Cassie Hague
Cassie Hague, a policy analyst at the OECD’s Centre for Education Research and Innovation, focuses on developing educational competencies and digital integration. She led the OECD’s project on creative and critical thinking, collaborating with 20,000 educators across 23 countries. She also authored a framework supporting teachers in fostering these skills and is now adapting it to diverse contexts. Previously, she evaluated educational policies and worked in academia and research on digital learning.
Pat Yongpradit
Pat Yongpradit is the Chief Academic Officer for Code.org and the lead of TeachAI. As a global thought leader in artificial intelligence and computer science education, Pat has influenced each stage of the education system, from policy to practice, in the legislature, and in the classroom, where he taught for 13 years. Although Pat currently spends most of his time in education policy conversations, he still finds ways to sneak into the classroom
